Words.

I have always loved words, and have been writing books since I knew how to hold a pencil. Maybe you've heard of some of my earlier works: The Adventures of Carly P. and Andrea B. (circa 1st Grade) or skipping forward a few years, maybe you're familiar with the very cool, very relatable young-adult series I wrote: Ferrets in the Freeze (circa 3rd Grade, during the era of Carly's ferret obsession) and who can forget, the time in high school that I read through the Bible cover-to-cover in a year, blogging to summarize the reading every day for 365 days: Devotions by Carly (which, upon further reflection, most definitely sounds like the name of an off-brand perfume in the bargain section of Kohl's.) I am now realizing how much free time I had as a young person, and older me is growing more jealous by the second. In all seriousness, words and writing seem to follow me everywhere I go.
